Supporting the Whole You is an interactive nervous system regulation workshop/course, which is the follow on from the self-awareness workshop ‘A Different Language – What’s your story?’. -
Yes. ‘Supporting the Whole You’ is the follow on from ‘A Different Language – What’s your story?’ It is best understood once self-awareness is in place. It further educates each employee to continue to care for themselves both inside and outside the workplace.
-
Absolutely. Every organisation is different, and the workshop can be adapted to reflect your team's challenges, priorities, and objectives. Whether you are focusing on wellbeing, resilience, leadership support, or workplace culture, the content can be customised to meet your needs.
-
Workshop length can vary depending on your requirements. Sessions range from a short wellbeing workshop of 90 minutes to half-day or full-day programmes that allow for deeper exploration and discussion.
-
The workshop works best delivered in person across Northern Ireland, but can be considered online if needed, making it accessible for remote, hybrid, and geographically dispersed teams.
-
Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, practical nervous system regulation strategies, understanding how to identify and manage their own emotions/feelings. This promotes a better competence of how to manage stress, build resilience, and support their own wellbeing. The workshop aims to encourage healthier workplace habits and help people perform at their best without sacrificing their wellbeing.

People do not leave their life experiences at the door when they come to work. By recognising and supporting the whole person, organisations can foster greater engagement, wellbeing, resilience, and workplace satisfaction, creating healthier and more sustainable working environments for everyone.
