Supporting the Whole You is an interactive nervous system regulation workshop/course, which is the follow on from the self-awareness workshop ‘A Different Language – What’s your story?’. It is designed to help employees understand how wellbeing is shaped by the connection between the brain, body and nervous system, alongside developing awareness of how the body/mind process emotions, feelings and behaviours.
